CULTURE

In  Asia Brands, we believe that our people are our most important asset. We aim to create a working environment where relationships are built on trust and respect. Building personal trustworthiness, leads us to create trust on an interpersonal level and improve relationships. As trust is built, our organization can align its systems and structure better with our organization vision and we can therefore confidently empower our people within the organization to produce desired results.

It is important for individual values to match our organizational culture because a culture of “shared meaning or purpose” results in actions that help us to achieve a common and collective goal. Our organization will operate more productively as a whole when key values are shared among our people.

Our Culture supports learning at every stage of our work life. Opportunities in learning are available in four areas of Physical, Mental, Spiritual and Social/Emotional through our Executive Learning Program (ELP), external training programs and on the job exposure.

Here we call this CULTURE the Winning Culture.

People

Our people need to be comfortable with the behaviours encouraged by the organization so that motivation and group productivity remain high.

High functioning organizations comprised of individuals whose overt behaviours are consistent with their covert values.

When our people are indoctrinated with our organization’s values they will form an objective perception of the environment that will solidify the organization’s culture.

Environment

We are focusing on creating and supporting a working environment which fosters open communications to establish trust and respect among each teammates with candour.

Once trust and respect is established, we will focus on empowering, developing and celebrating the success of our people. This would be in alignment with our “DARE TO FAIL” attitude as our core value for a sound working environment.

Learning & Growth

We are in a transition from the Industrial Age – when leaders are authoritarian, bureaucratic, and controlling – to theKnowledge Worker Age.

Knowledge workers are capable of greatness, that they can make dramatic contributions and that they offer their best when they constantly worked on the Whole-Person Paradigm of the mind; the heart; the body and the spirit.
